About the Role

As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of live events that promote brand visibility and community involvement. Your duties will include managing event logistics, engaging attendees, and helping to build relationships with local businesses and community influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing live events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support

• Represent brands professionally, communicating key messages to event attendees

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and participants

• Distribute promotional materials, answer questions, and ensure a positive attendee experience

• Collect and analyze attendee feedback to improve future event performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required

• No professional experience required; internships or volunteer experience in events or PR a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
