Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and confident individual to join our team as a  Roofing Sales Consultant . In this role, you’ll assist customers in residential neighborhoods, offering free roof inspections, identifying potential damage, and educating homeowners on their options for roof replacement.

You’ll be paid very well for your efforts..

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce homeowners to our services
• Perform visual roof inspections and identify signs of damage or wear
• Educate homeowners on roof issues, insurance claims (if applicable), and the benefits of replacement
• Provide accurate estimates and walk clients through the replacement process
• Maintain follow-ups with potential leads and manage customer relationships
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable knocking doors and starting conversations with strangers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Sales experience is a plus (but not required—training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
