EHS MANAGER/ Environmental, Health and Safety Manager Chemical

Seeking an experienced EHS & Process Safety Manager for a petrochemical manufacturing site. The site is in the process of being built. Company seeking to fill this opportunity within 3 weeks.

In the short term, you will manage and oversee EHS during construction.

In the long term, you will be responsible for leading health, safety, environmental, and process safety initiatives, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Compensation : $100,000 - $160,000 + relocation assistance + benefits.

Location : Proctor, WV - relocation assistance offered

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee EHS during construction.
• Lead health, safety, environmental, and process safety initiatives.
• Implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of EHS experience, with at least 3 within the manufacturing industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and process safety regulations, as well as risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA.

Required Skills

• pumps, compressors, turbines, boiler, drier, automated packing machine, scrubber column, DCS, HV/LV/MV Switchgears etc.
