The program duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including: Learning from Incidences New Hire Safety Training Risk Assessments and Management Hazard Recognition Control Environmental Permit Compliance Total Productive Maintenance Injury Program Support Program Outcome Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a EHS Leader or Specialist at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.
