Job Description

The Environmental, Health, Safety  will be responsible for completing duties assigned as needed to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations are met, and are within specifications while keeping a safe, clean, and positive work environment.

Job Qualification

• Self-Motivated team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, cross-functional team environment
• Industrial and mining experience
• Ability to follow and provide direction and guidance
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word and other computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization 

Duties and Responsibilities

Safety - Uniformity across Souter Limestone and Minerals
Environmental 

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to the mine site
• Environmental and safety reporting to the appropriate agencies
• Water Compliance
• Air Compliance
• Opacity

Other duties as assigned outside this scope.
