Job Description

• EPIC Certification in OpTime and Anesthesia (must be held for 3 years and recent)
• 3 years of hands-on EPIC build and implementation POST-Certification
• Strong understanding of anesthesia workflows, including documentation, procedure coordination, and clinical decision support.
• Experience supporting system-wide go-live and optimization efforts, including readiness planning, build validation, and post-live stabilization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Skilled in developing clear and comprehensive reference materials-including build guides, workflow diagrams, and training documentation-for both clinical and technical audiences, supporting internal team reference and the expansion of the organization's knowledge base.
