We are currently on the search for an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney with 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney within high net worth estate and tax planning.

Job Details As an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following:
- Juris Doctorate
- Admitted to New York Bar
- Attorney with five 5+ years of practice experience in high net worth estate and tax planning
- Preferred experience in planning and drafting Intentionally Defective Trusts, Spousal Limited Access Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Grantor Retained Trusts preferred
- Proficient in software such as Clio, NetDocuments and Wealth Docs
