Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in trust administration and estate planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to our clients on a wide range of estate planning matters. This role will entail managing a diverse caseload, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our firm. The applicant must be admitted to the Minnesota Bar and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

5. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and before tax authorities.
Job Details Qualifications
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
4. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
5. Strong knowledge of federal and state estate and gift tax laws.
