In this role, you will estimate multiple commercial roofing & sheet metal projects from cradle to grave, using Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel. This includes managing budgets, handling change orders, warranty requests, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. A Day in the Life: Prepare and present estimates for commercial roofing projects. Utilize Bluebeam and Excel to manage project budgets and track costs. Process change orders and respond to client warranty requests. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.
