Job Description

Temporary Event Staff Needed – Trade Show Support (Food Handling) | $20/hr

We are hiring a temporary staff member to assist at a trade show event in San Mateo, CA for one of our clients. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone who is dependable, personable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Dates & Hours:

  • Tuesday, May 13: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday, May 14: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, May 15: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20/hr

Location: San Mateo, CA (commutable from San Francisco)

Requirements:

  • Must pass a food handling test (we will cover the cost)
  • Must be punctual, professional, and comfortable interacting with attendees
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food-related tasks at the event booth
  • Interact with visitors in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Ensure cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
