A recognized services company in Miami, Florida, is actively seeking a new 401(k) Benefits Analyst to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 30 to 35 flexible hours per week (meetings & deadlines cannot be missed)
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite; 1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily transactions
- Maintain participant records and confirm eligibility dates
- Approve distributions and rollovers
- Manage bi-weekly employee contributions and match funding
- Enter newly eligible participants and address changes into the website
- Submit invoices that are payable from plan expenses
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of direct experience with 401(k) Benefits Administration experience
- Associate's Degree
- Working knowledge of ADP
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or a related field
- Working knowledge of Empower
