EXECUTIVE CHEF ON FIRE! FINE DINING, LIVE FIRE- NATIONAL SEARCH

The ideal CHEF candidate will have experience cooking over live fire in a fine dining environment. E xperience working in a MICHELIN STAR environment OR being/working with a James Beard restaurant or Chef is ideal! ability to manage Food & Labor Costs. Are you always looking for creative ways to improve the menu? If so this is a perfect job for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage finances for kitchen operations
• Oversee menu creation
• Handle a HIGH VOLUME operation

Qualifications

• Experience cooking over live fire-OPEN HEARTH
• 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in fine dining/Michelin operations
• Experience working within budget constraints
