Salary Range: $80K-$100K

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Hybrid

About the Role:

Our client, a growing law firm specializing in Family Law, Trusts and Estates, and Business Law, is seeking a skilled Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling Probate and Family Court matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team that values integrity, empathy, and client advocacy.

This position requires strong legal writing, case management, and client communication skills. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple active cases in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and guardianship
• Draft motions, memoranda, and pleadings with precision and persuasive legal reasoning
• Appear in Probate and Family Court on behalf of clients
• Manage cases from intake to resolution, including discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and third parties
• Collaborate with internal team members and contribute to a client-first work culture

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing
• 1-2 years of experience practicing family law
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize workflow
• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills
• Technologically proficient and adaptable to new tools and platforms
• High emotional intelligence and empathy when handling sensitive client matters
