We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in our Santa Fe-based integrative health practice.

• Conduct physical exams and health assessments across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Order diagnostic tests, administer medications, and perform procedures while maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide telehealth services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Offer specialized services such as pain management, occupational health, hospice, and dementia care, utilizing integrative modalities.
• Manage triage, infection control, and patient education, including nutrition and medication management.
