Description Performs complex analytical and data input functions with responsibility to insure the maximum utilization of assigned contractors (Owner Operators). Coordinates the planning, movement of available loads from Agents and field offices/terminals with Owner Operators. Provides direct communication to the Owner Operators coordinating the required FMCSA and administrative compliance.
Meet daily revenue goals for the division.
Manage customer on-time performance requirements utilizing operating system updates for in transit check calls and proactive actions (re-power, rescheduling delivery appointment) to insure compliance to customer performance standards.
Perform all other tasks/duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications Must have experience in platform trucking operations
Computer input experience; working knowledge of state/federal DOT regulations; knowledge of equipment types, capacity and capabilities
