What You’ll Be Doing

• Expert Installation: Install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate flooring with precision.
• Subfloor Prep: Ensure every installation starts on a solid foundation—leveling, moisture testing, and necessary prep.
• Tear-Outs & Demo: Remove existing flooring efficiently and cleanly when required.
• Flawless Execution: Cut, fit, and secure flooring materials with an expert touch.
• Customer-Focused Service: Follow job specs to the letter and exceed customer expectations.
• Site Management: Keep a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• On-Time & On-Point: Deliver projects on schedule, every time, with superior craftsmanship.

What You Need to Bring

• Proven Experience installing hardwood, LVP, and laminate flooring.
• Work Ethic & Precision —we’re looking for perfectionists, not shortcuts.
• Reliability & Independence —you can handle a job start to finish but work well with a team.
• Strong Attention to Detail —you take the time to get it right the first time.
• Reliable Transportation —getting to job sites on time is a must.
• Physical Stamina —this is hands-on work, requiring lifting, kneeling, and endurance.
