Vero Pool of Melbourne is looking for an energetic, responsible and punctual professional to join our team of full time Commercial and Residential Pool Technicians! Candidates should be motivated, self starters with an attention to detail. Prior pool cleaning experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.

As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our clients' pools, ensuring an enjoyable swimming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and/or commercial pools.
• Operate filters and pumps.
• Brush, skim and vacuum pool surfaces.
• Maintain accurate service logs.
• Load and unload truck, transport, lift and carry pool equipment and supplies.
• Inspect pool equipment for proper functioning and identifying any necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools, vacuums, test kits, nets, brushes, etc...
• Conduct water quality testing and balance chemicals as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid clean driver's license.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
