Job Description

A thriving 150-bed hospital in the heart of Hawaii is seeking a BE/BC gastroenterologist to join their team. The medical center prioritizes quality of care and is seeking additional help as their acute care patient demand has grown 5 - 10% over the last few years.

The hospital is moving their interventional gastroenterologists to a 7 days on / 7 days off model to allow for full time coverage. The position would be heavily procedural in nature with limited overnight or weekend needs (where you can take call from home).

Live in paradise and work with a dynamic team of individuals who practice in a hospital-based clinic with well-established and efficient support staff.

The Position:
• $750,000 - $800,000 Base Salary
• Flexible Schedule - ability to do 7 Days on / 7 Days Off Model if desired - Only in-house requirement is during day Monday - Friday
• Great Quality of Life - work with a strong hospitalist and emergency department that practice very independently and do not rely heavily on the gastroenterologists
• Full Benefit Package including 37 days off annually and a retirement plan with a 4% match
• Relocation allowance of $25,000
• $50,000 for student loans
