Loader/Unloader is responsible for physically moving goods into and out of trucks, containers, and other vehicles by hand or with basic equipment like hand trucks, ensuring products are safely stacked, sorted, and verified against shipping documents. This role demands physical fitness for repeated bending and lifting, meticulous attention to detail to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols to support the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Handling: Physically lift, stack, and sort items of varying sizes and weights.
• Shipment Verification: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and verify against shipping documents.
• Material Movement: Use hand trucks, dollies, or other basic material handling tools to move products to and from vehicles and storage areas.
• Inventory Management: Count, weigh, and record materials, assisting with inventory control and tracking.
• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace and warehouse environment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures for handling materials and operating equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Strength and Stamina:
