Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Sales Team
  • Develop and Implement Sales Processes
  • Meet or Exceed Monthly Sales Targets
  • Lead by Example
  • Train Sales Representaitves
  • Collaborate with other Departments for Effective Operations
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience in Automotive Sales Management
  • Proven Track Record of Achieving Sales Targets
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Automotive Industry
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
  • Must have References
