Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Responsibilities Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams Designing and implementing algorithms Driving improvements in key metrics Enabling enterprises to build custom connectors Participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions Requirements BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field preferred 8 years of experience Experience with popular frontend frameworks like React (nice to have) Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative culture Experience in building third-party app integrations and working with APIs Proficiency in backend technologies, especially Golang and Python Excellent problem-solving skills to translate user requirements into practical solutions Strong ability to lead projects cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to design algorithms for optimizing data ingestion, handling third-party rate limits, and improving sync performance Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting direction, and proactive in finding and addressing problems preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
