The Group Manager role will manage all aspects of the Middle Market Loan Group, including overseeing and assisting Relationship Managers in marketing lending services and other products, credit quality, customer service, profitability, and growth. The role also involves managing support staff and a smaller portfolio of loans, deposits, and customers compared to more senior Group Managers within the division. The target clients typically have an annual revenue between $30MM and $500MM.
Successful incumbents possess interpersonal savvy, high decision quality, drive for results, leadership, motivation, presentation skills, communication skills, and process management.
25% travel required.
Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days, 1-2 days remote. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
