Our health and wellness company, Dexafit, is seeking an energetic Health Coach to join our team. Our Health Coaches administer tests to provide clients with a comprehensive metabolic analysis, giving them a clear and accurate picture of their health. Our clients typically include individuals with weight loss goals, women navigating menopause-related changes, and extreme fitness enthusiasts striving to optimize their performance. As a key team member, you will guide clients through their results, helping them understand their body composition, metabolism, and overall health metrics. Beyond testing, you will play a crucial role in coaching and supporting clients on their wellness journey, offering insights and personalized recommendations based on their data. We are looking for someone with a passion for health, fitness, and science-backed wellness, who can communicate effectively and motivate clients to take control of their health. If you're excited about helping people make data-driven decisions for better health, we’d love to have you on our team! Training is provided to successful applicants. No travel is necessary for this role. Relocation assistance is not available.

Benefits

• Salary: $15/HR + Bonus
• Expected hours: 15-40+hrs per week

Responsibilities

• Operates healthcare equipment for metabolic analysis; we test for Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) to gauge metabolic efficiency and VO2 max for assessing cardiovascular endurance and optimal heart rate zones
• Administer body composition, RMR, and VO2 max assessments using DEXA technology
• Manage and upkeep equipment to guarantee precise and quality outcomes

• Orient clients before examinations, clarifying the procedure and addressing any inquiries
• Keep accurate records and documentation following set guidelines
• Comply with safety standards and procedures to safeguard client and staff safety
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
• Participate in social media content development relevant to your role
• Attend continuing education as necessary
• Assists with research activities
