About the Role : Are you a passionate Healthcare Recruiter looking to join a great team? We want to talk with you! This role involves conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process for VMS roles.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews for VMS roles.
• Submit the candidates to open positions and off-board candidates as needed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Meet weekly recruiting goals

Qualifications :

• Strong VMS experience - 1 year

Preferred Skills :

• Passion for healthcare recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare staffing.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Salary: $50K - $55K + Commission
