Job Description
Restaurant Servers are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend diners by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave. Breakfast is both buffets style and individual ordering. Both paid breakfasts. Restaurant hours are 6 a.m. - 10 a.m., shift starts at 5 a.m.
- Take customers' food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
- Assist with banquet food setup and tear down. Service charges included.
