HOA/Condo Association Specialist

Are you an experienced property manager ready to help in supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial condo associations? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive HOA/Condo Association Specialist to join our team in Tempe, AZ .

This role combines property operations and administrative support for the HOA team—all while keeping owners informed, compliant, and satisfied.

What You’ll Do:

• Support in managing operations and governance for 15+ commercial condo associations
• Oversee property inspections, capital improvements, and vendor management
• Managing AP/AR for each association
• Track insurance certificates and maintain compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate lease data and association records using Yardi or similar software
• Stay current on applicable laws and regulations affecting commercial condo associations
• Provide cross-coverage and portfolio support with your team

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-3+ years residential OR commercial condo/HOA association experience
• Arizona Real Estate License (required)
• Strong in administrative support and willingness to learn, and be part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree not required
