- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements - Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
