About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel in Tulsa, OK . The ideal candidate will have prior Choice Hotels experience, a strong background in hospitality management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise to drive efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
  • Implement and maintain Choice Hotels' brand standards to ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
  • Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal workforce performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies, including room pricing, occupancy optimization, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Maintain and improve hotel ratings and reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and Choice Hotels' internal review system.
  • Handle vendor and supplier relations, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness in procurement.
  • Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development among staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Hotel Manager, preferably within Choice Hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and address concerns professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check (no criminal record).
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing midscale or economy hotels within the Choice Hotels brand.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as ChoiceAdvantage.
  • Previous experience in franchise compliance and quality assurance audits.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction metrics.
