Job Requirements: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standard. Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Wash, dry, and fold laundry for guests and staff use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify supervisor when stock needs replenishing. Uphold a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests and staff.
Other Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Welcoming and accepting of people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
