Housekeeper Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests. Your Duties May Include:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms for incoming guests, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock guest rooms with fresh towels, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.
• Clean common areas, such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators.
• Wash and fold guest laundry, as well as hotel linens.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety procedures when cleaning hazardous materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven housekeeping experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift (Up to 50lbs) for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
