We have several Hospitality/Food Prep positions available (Operations & Maintenance Assistant).

·         Location Gene Pumping Plant - 158000 MWD Road Parker Dam, CA, 92267

·         Pay $30/hr.

·         This is a temporary position for up to 6 months

This is a general labor position, in which the O&M Assistant will be required to clean the guest lodge and dormitories at Gene, Iron, and Eagle. Required to serve/ prepare sack lunches, prep, restock, clean work areas at Gene and Iron Mtn kitchens.  Will deliver items, serve breakfast and lunch, and transport, work weekends to serve meals for CRA Inspection trip tours.  Other duties include organizing, assisting lodge assistants, transport tour guests, and other related duties for the Guest Services.

Project Locations:

Report to: Gene Pumping Plant, Parker Dam, CA, 92267

Travel to other locations:

• Iron Mountain Pumping Plant, Earp, CA, 92242
• Eagle Mountain Pumping Plant, Desert Center, CA, 92239

Duties include:

• Cleaning guest lodges and dormitories at multiple plants (Gene, Iron Mountain, and Eagle - 30%  Housekeeping
• 70%  Kitchen work (Food prepping, Busser, and server)
• Serve & prepare sack lunches, prep, restock, and clean work areas at Gene and Iron Mtn kitchens.
• Delivers and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Working weekends
• Organizing, assisting lodge assistants, transporting tour guests, and performing other related duties for the Guest Services.

Job Requirements:

• This position is a temporary assignment for up to 6 months.
• A valid Driver’s License is (REQUIRED)
• Min. 1 Year related experience in housekeeping/general janitorial and food service
• Hours range from 6:30 am – 4:30 pm OR 10 am – 8 pm (4/10), including , Sat & Sun (rotation)
• High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
• Background Check
