**HR Coordinator - Stockton, Ca**
**About the Role:**
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to employees and managers. In addition, this role will be instrumental in the growth of our Stockton facility with an emphasis on recruitment and onboarding. This role will be the initial point of contact for employee questions and employment needs. Additionally, they will lead HR communication and engagement efforts for the site.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist employees in their day-to-day needs i.e.. questions related to policies/procedures, payroll, benefits, HR system access, among others
+ Drive recruiting efforts for Vantedge facilities primarily at the Stockton site by performing full cycle recruiting for open roles
+ Support the pre-onboarding stage of new hires by being the point of contact from offer stage up to their first day
+ Responsible for the execution of On-Boarding activities
+ Lead the new hire orientation process including review of benefit offerings
+ Assist employees in benefit enrollment - partner with benefits team as needed
+ Ensure management completes weekly time approvals and assist as needed
+ Process employee changes in HR System (Paylocity)
+ Provide support during internal investigations, employee relations matters, and leave of absence tracking
+ Lead the development and execution of employee activities and recognition programs.
+ Assist with employee training and development programs
