Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting and marketing events with the Talent Acquisition team while ensuring EEOC compliance.
  • Utilize HR Information Systems for managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Address compensation issues to maintain internal and market consistency.
  • Review and approve performance appraisals, job evaluations, educational assistance requests, and corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance on EEO guidelines and improvement suggestions.
  • Develop, communicate, interpret, and implement HR policies.
  • Lead HR-related continuous improvement projects and site-wide programs
  • Develop HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Conduct and coordinate training programs for associates and managers.
  • Perform other duties as required to support business needs.
Experience Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, ADP, and Workday.

Eligibilities & qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business or a behavioral science-related field.
