Title: Misc HR Services
Location: Iriving, TX ( Hybrid )
Duration: 2.5 years
Responsibilities:
This position’s primary responsibilities include coordinating Form I-9 and E-Verify processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws/regulations and consulting with various departments to research and resolve related issues.
Assist employees with completing Form I-9; provide clear instructions and guidance. Respond to email inquiries and send timely follow-ups, as needed.
Troubleshoot common I-9 system issues.
Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation via a third-party on-line application for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.
Confirm all associated E-Verify cases are initiated and closed in compliance with federal regulation.
Escalate unresolved or non-compliant cases to the I-9 Team HR Operations Sr Mgr.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Experience in Human Resources, Finance or Payroll
Experience with Form I-9 administration and document management highly preferred
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful self-starter who can work independently while understanding the importance of teamwork
Proficient in MS Office & Google applications—particularly Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets
