\n Salary max at $150,000 + bonus

\n What You’ll Do
\n As the Human Resources Director, you'll lead and elevate our HR function across the board — from payroll and benefits to compliance, culture, and talent acquisition. Reporting to the VP of HR, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring the team is aligned, efficient, and people-focused.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n

\n\t
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, 401(k) administration, and employee records. \n\t
• Ensure on-time and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the Controller (targeting 99%+ accuracy). \n\t
• Lead benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying events, and vendor management. \n\t
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including reporting (Vets 4212, EEO-1, AAP). \n\t
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives. \n\t
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. \n\t
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, resolving workplace issues and boosting retention. \n\t
• Lead performance management and recognition programs that support employee growth and engagement. \n\t
• Own and update HR policies and employee handbook, ensuring best practices and legal compliance. \n

\n What You Bring \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus. \n\t
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. \n\t
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred. \n\t
• Proven ability to lead and execute across all HR functions — from compliance to culture. \n\t
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and talent management. \n\t
• Experience with HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. \n\t
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver with the ability to influence at all levels. \n
