Running from May 21st to August 13th , you'll collaborate with a diverse group of interns across departments, engaging in real-world challenges and community initiatives.

About Premiere:

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern for the summer. This part-time internship is an excellent opportunity for a student to support various HR initiatives, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and compliance. This role provides exposure to real-world HR operations, allowing you to develop skills in recruitment, document management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Job Postings: Support the team in creating and posting job listings on various platforms, ensuring they are engaging and accurately reflect the roles.
  • Recruiting/Sourcing : Research and source top talent using various platforms and tools.
  • Scheduling: Manage scheduling for interviews, meetings, and HR events, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects, offering support and gaining insights into strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with team members and potential candidates.
  • Confidentiality: Understands the importance of confidentiality in HR and demonstrates discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems or willing to learn.
