Position: Human Resources Officer
Location: Mahwah, New Jersey
What you will be responsible for:
Based in Mahwah, New Jersey, to support Mindray Animal Medical America office.
Be responsible for the whole HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, C&B administration, and other administrative functions.
- Employee Engagement and Development (30%). Collaborate with HQ HR and the President of Mindray Animal Medical America to improve relationships, boost morale, and enhance employee retention through team building or other non-material incentives. Partner with business leaders, conduct KPI reviews and performance management to align with company goals.
- Employee Relations (20%). Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Interpret and implement company policies, ensuring they are clearly communicated and adhered to across the organization.
- Talent Management (20%). Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Compensation & Benefits (20%). Support monthly payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Office Administration (10%). Implement 5S policies, manage office supplies procurement, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR. At least 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. Experience in medical devices industry or Chinese company is a plus.
- Hands-on experience on employee relations or as HR business partner.
- Passion in HR role. Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Open-minded, excellent communication skills.
