We are commercial construction projects. You’ll lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards .
What You’ll Do
- Manage plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects ($2M–$8M+).
- Supervise and motivate crews of up to 40 across multiple jobsites.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades.
- Enforce safety policies and conduct audits/meetings.
- Complete electronic reports, schedules, and as-builts.
- Represent company in jobsite meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience running commercial hvac/plumbing/mechanical projects.
- Proven success managing teams and large-scale jobs.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required; master trade license preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics and plan ahead.
- Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights.
- Must pass background check, drug screen, MVR check, and physical ability test.
- Willing to travel as needed.
