About the Job

Were looking for a highly creative and versatile Illustrator and Concept Artist to join our Merch team. This role is responsible for creating dynamic and emotionally engaging illustrations that support our merchandise campaigns, community engagement efforts, and internal creative needs. Youll work closely under the Art Director and collaborate with multiple departments across the company to create eye-catching visualsfrom posters and banners to character concepts and event art.

This is an exciting opportunity for an artist who thrives in a fast-paced, storytelling-driven environment and enjoys designing for a wide range of audiences and formats. Your work will help define the visual voice of the brand while fueling audience excitement and engagement across platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality illustrations for merchandise, posters, banners, and digital storefronts
• Design community post artwork, promotional visuals, and social media banners
• Generate concept art for internal projects across multiple departments
• Work under the guidance of the Art Director to maintain visual consistency and hit brand goals
• Translate creative briefs into clear, polished, and stylized artwork with strong appeal
• Collaborate with other artists, merch designers, marketers, and producers on asset creation
• Participate in feedback rounds and respond quickly to revisions and adjustments
• Stay up to date with current trends in illustration, merchandise design, and fandom culture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in illustration or concept art in a professional setting (merch, games, animation, or digital content)
• Strong portfolio showcasing stylized work, cute/chibi characters, and storytelling-focused illustration
• Excellent proficiency in Photoshop or similar digital painting tools
• Strong sense of composition, color theory, lighting, and character expression
• Ability to follow brand/style guides while still bringing fresh creative energy
• Comfortable taking direction and iterating on feedback in a collaborative environment
• Ability to manage deadlines efficiently and juggle multiple projects at once
