Job Description

Dehra Miotke seeks a motivated Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in handling U Visa applications, I-601 waivers, I-601A provisional waivers and family-based immigration filings.

The ideal job candidate for this position should possess:

• Associate's degree
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Superior writing, speaking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with a high-volume Immigration-related caseload;
• Experience in drafting U Visa Applications, I-601 and I-601A waivers, legal memoranda; and affidavits.
• Excellent writing skills
• The ability to keep apprised of ongoing changes in the Immigration landscape.

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
