Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Immigration Paralegal role located in Dallas, TX. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for tasks related to law, immigration issues, visas, legal document preparation, and immigration forms.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of family based immigration Law and/or humanitarian visas
• Knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• Minimum one year immigration law experience preferred
