Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus (but not required).
