About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls and provide top-tier support. You will assist users with financial banking card inquiries and may support other areas of the business during slower times. What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, providing accurate and helpful information.
Assist with questions related to payment processing, disbursements, account history, and card-related issues.
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions.
Navigate customer service applications and tools efficiently.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High School diploma or GED.
Experience: At least 1 year of telephone customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
Tech Skills: Comfortable using a PC, navigating multiple applications, and working with Internet Explorer.
Data Entry: Experience with numeric and alphanumeric data entry (10-key proficiency is a plus!).
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to handle stressful situations professionally, and a passion for customer service.
Training Program:
One week of virtual training via Microsoft Teams.
Hands-on phone experience for a few weeks.
Follow-up training to reinforce knowledge and skills.
