Inbound Call Center Representative Location : Parsippany, NJ Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm Hourly pay : $21+ Job Summary PrideStaff is collaborating with a medical solutions company to find an experienced Inbound Call Center Representative to join their team. We are looking for talented and competitive Inbound Customer Service Patient Representatives who can provide outstanding customer service while generating appointments by handling incoming calls in a premier contact center. A successful representative must be friendly, articulate, motivated, and persuasive. This role involves using customer management software to manage and track the outcomes of interactions. It's essential to have a disciplined and organized approach, demonstrating compassion and active listening to achieve the best performance and results. Candidates must be able to quickly understand customers' needs and present suitable solutions. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months call center experience or equivalent
• Track record of customer service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively manage objection and rejection
• Professional telephone etiquette skills
• Highly motivated with a willingness to be coached
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel working knowledge
• Proficient speed
• Team Player
• Computer savvy
• Must be passionate about success and self sufficient

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour PrideStaff
