Multiple Call Center Customer Service Representatives needed who can answer high volume inbound calls, assist customers with account or technical issues, provide excellent customer support and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES of the Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints
• Provide account, sales, and technical support to customers while ensuring positive customer experience
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

REQUIREMENTS of the Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of one year experience in a high volume inbound call center within the last three years;  REQUIRED
• Ability to work shift work including days, evenings, and Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor composure when handling escalated
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Call Center Customer Service Pay Rate: $17/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
