Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234 (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm

Compensation: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: $65K - $80K Average | Top Performers Earn $100K+

About the Company

They save customers time on research and phone calls while offering the best available rates, and create a hassle-free experience using warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound sales calls to warm, pre-qualified leads —no cold calling required
• Guide customers through their home service options and help them choose the best solutions
• Close deals in a single call with a quick 20-30 minute sales cycle
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets—5-8 sales per day, 75 dials, 3-4 hours of talk time
• Engage with past and existing customers to generate new sales opportunities
• Use Salesforce CRM to log interactions, manage pipeline, and track performance
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of proven sales experience and a strong track record of success
• Confident, persuasive communicators who can handle objections and close deals efficiently
• Quick learners who are coachable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
• Candidates who reside within 30 miles of 75234 and are authorized to work in the U.S.
