The Wells Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporate for an Insurance Sales Producer in St. Augustine, FL.

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll focus on developing client relationships within your community and offering Auto, Home, Flood and Liability insurance. Our streamlined operations allow you to maximize your sales efforts without being weighed down by administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Home, Auto, Flood insurance using consultative sales techniques.
• Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods.
• Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Participate in incentive programs and sales contests to drive performance.
• Attend industry networking events to build relationships and support business development.
• Consistently surpass sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuances.

Qualifications

• Possession of Florida License 20-44 or 2-20, required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines, enabling informed decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Persuasive negotiation abilities to effectively close sales and meet targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
