Position: Inventory Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support the Inventory Team
- Oversee inventory operations using Addium’s ERP system
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Develop processes that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Execute inventory replenishment and optimize turnover
- Liaise with other departments and buyers to minimize obsolete stock
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and corrective actions based on root cause analysis
- Hire, train, and evaluate team performance
- Administer schedules, workflows, and disciplinary actions per company policy
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Requirements: Required Qualifications: - 2+ years successfully managing inventory or receiving teams
- 5+ years of experience in Inventory, Receiving, or Warehouse operations
- Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Forklift operation and safety experience
- Experience coordinating material audits and implementing process improvements
- 3+ years combined experience in quality control, inventory management, and cycle counting
- High School Diploma required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong professional references and a background check satisfactory to Addium, Inc.

- Ability to both lead and work alongside team members
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Professionalism, tact, and ethics in workplace interactions
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Supervisory experience with ability to train and guide staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software
