Inventory Systems Manager

About the Role:

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Inventory Systems Manager to take ownership of our entire inventory ecosystem—from forecasting and planning to transfers and fulfillment across multiple warehouses. You’ll ensure our products are always in the right place, at the right time, while optimizing workflows and leveraging technology to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own inventory management across all warehouse locations (domestic and international)
  • Perform and oversee product transfers, restocks, and allocations
  • Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and promotional calendars
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure inventory readiness for launches
  • Manage and monitor Shopify, NetSuite, ShipHero, and Sweet integrations
  • Build and improve internal processes for inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency
  • Understand and implement API connections between platforms when necessary
  • Report weekly on inventory health, aging, sell-through, and projections
  • Identify and solve discrepancies quickly—before they affect the customer

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory, fulfillment, or supply chain management
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, and ShipHero
  • Strong understanding of technology systems and APIs
  • Proven track record of managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or high-growth brands a plus
