Job Title: IT Help Desk / Desktop Support Analyst (VIP Support)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to end users, including VIP executives . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling high-priority IT issues with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Offer white-glove IT support to VIP users, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal disruptions .
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and mobile device issues.
- Assist users with password resets, system access, and software installations .
- Document issues, solutions, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling VIP requests.
- Set up and support executive meetings, video conferencing, and specialized IT needs .
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support or desktop support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and mobile device management .
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience supporting VIP users is a plus.
- CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
